On being lucky enough to follow my passion

On following your passion: blog post by Hannah Griffin, Ditto Brand Stylists Life's a bit of a whirlwind just lately. We've so much on at Ditto, what with launching our new brand styling service alongside our existing design work - giving equal attention to both and keeping all of the balls in the air. I know that you know the feeling. It seems some days like I'm eternally shuttling between work and home with my laptop, where I'm glued to the digital glow of the computer screen whether I'm sitting at my desk with a mug of tea and the radio on or at home with a glass of wine and Spotify for company. It never ends - I'm writing blog posts, planning marketing strategy, perfecting and tweaking vision boards (I'm even working with my mother in law to style her floristry business in my 'spare' time)... but do you know what? I love it.

I'm so lucky to have a job that I genuinely believe in an care passionately about. I get a very real tingly thrill when a client goes live with something we've created; when I see our work come to life and fulfil it's purpose in helping one of our hard-working clients' business to progress. I'm lucky to have a job that while it devours my time, I'm happy to to do it. I'm lucky to work with people - both clients and the guys at Ditto - who have such vision, courage and determination to succeed.

As business owners, we're really very fortunate to be able to craft our own careers doing what we love best, aren't we?
