Kasia brings an exceptional track record of supporting businesses in private equity to achieve astonishing transformation. She’s a sought after consultant to those who need to deliver urgent organisational transformation in order to secure their future, and has worked with global firms to do exactly that. Kasia has an insatiable hunger for knowledge (I’ve known her for a good few years; she is ALWAYS studying for something. I don’t know how she finds the time), and as a result she has a lengthy list of qualifications and accreditations which span business management, executive coaching and psychology.
With so much knowledge and experience to draw from, our first task was to distill this into a clear proposition. Kasia is passionate about people and business in equal measure, but we needed to find one clear and compelling hook which would make sense to her clients. We explored this at length, and as Kasia spoke about the catastrophic accident which had inspired her to start the business, I began to see how to connect the dots. Kasia is possibly the most resilient, visionary person I’ve ever met, and the cycling accident which left her in danger of never being able to walk again had served as a catalyst to become the architect of her own transformation. Faced with the option to give up or to power up, she chose the latter. With tenacity, vision and a refusal to accept the concept of ‘impossible’, Kasia overcame the obstacles in front of her and rose to the challenge. Not long after the accident. she climbed Kilimanjaro.
Suffice to say, Kasia can stare adversity in the face and find a way through. She credits her personal approach to a blend of coaching and goal setting, and her new business is founded upon exactly this: bringing together coaching and organisational consultancy to gear both businesses and people up for success - because one is useless without the other.
We created the Sisu brand identity to echo Kasia’s ethos, personality and strengths. Her marriage of commercial expertise and nurturing personality informed a visual style which is striking and inspiring. Sleek, minimal silhouettes are coupled with the richness of aubergine and tan, set against spaciousness for an aesthetic that communicates unshakable confidence - but warmth, too.
And can we take a moment to admire the brand name? With no idea what to call her new business, Kasia engaged Ditto to help find the perfect name for her new consultancy. Inspired by the brand story, we landed upon ‘Sisu’ - a Finnish word which translates to ‘resilience and determination in the face of adversity’. This is a name which was absolutely made for Kasia’s business. Of course, its really unlikely that most people will immediately know the meaning - but it invited a conversation around the spirit of the brand which serves to underline all that Kasia strives to deliver. In this way, brand names don’t need to be obvious in order to be excellent.
With the name and visual brand identity confirmed, we created a stunning website to showcase Kasia’s expertise and act as a powerful referral tool among her network. The website, which you can see here, is modern, minimalist and features subtly elevated design features which provide movement and flow to the user experience.
