Mele is a female founded auction house, bringing a contemporary view and vibrant energy to a long established industry. Tahmina & Kat’s vision was to create destination to buy and sell items of beauty and meaning, nurturing an appreciation of the way we live, create and enjoy art – then, now and in the future.

Launching a start up business into a long established industry where trust and credibility are so key is no mean feat, and so the Mele ibrand leans heavily upon Tahmina’s rich career and media presence, thanks to her work with the BBC. With a view to introduce a new generation of buyers to the magic and thrill of buying at auction, the Mele identity has been crafted to reflect the aspirations of their target market.
